We are looking for a marketing Copywriter and Content Manager that will be responsible for creating original, compelling content to raise awareness of our business, our purpose, and our values.

The Copywriter and Content Manager must be passionate about writing and be a creative storyteller who can connect with prospective clients, employees, and partners.

What to expect from the role:

Overarchingly, this is a creative copy role to bring our brand to life.

You’ll be responsible for writing and editing content for a variety of mediums, including but not limited to blog articles, social media posts, interviews, case studies, press releases, event materials, and web copy.

The ideal candidate is also proficient in interviewing subject matter experts, interpreting complex information, researching various sources, and crafting compelling narratives to help bring our brand to life through storytelling.


  • Conduct research on various topics to write original content and edit existing content that is readable, compelling and implements SEO best practices.
  • Recommend and develop content ideas in collaboration with team members and subject matter experts.
  • Creative copywriting that pulls out an angle from a story and tells it in a way that paints a picture for the reader, having them connect emotionally with it and delivering a compelling ending that leaves the reader inspired.
  • Help create the monthly Content Calendar and own the execution of it.
  • Organize and conduct interviews and plan and find content that supports the brand strategy.
  • Top level deliverables will be set weekly/monthly – the ability to work out daily actions to deliver on these is required.


  • Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
  • College degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field
  • Having attended a creative writing or journalism course – or having written your own book!
  • Experience in marketing copywriting is required but the creativity of the writing is more important.
  • Confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of the role.
  • A thirst for learning and a can-do attitude.
  • Dedication and teamwork.

Technical requirements:

  • Work-From-Home set-up ready with at least 5 Mbps internet connection and PC with a minimum of Intel i3 processor and 4GB RAM
